Our Historical Texas Bed and Breakfast is adjacent to our River Bluff Party Barn on the Guadalupe River. We are located central to the Hill Country near Kerrville, Comfort, Bandera, Boerne, Fredericksburg, and San Antonio.

Available for individual room rentals or the entire facility can be rented for weddings, reunions and corporate retreats.

The perfect venue for Hill Country weddings. Rolling meadows with giant Cypress trees provide an unforgettable riverside setting for large or small wedding ceremonies. Spectacular receptions take place in the air conditioned event hall, outdoor pavilion, and poolside serving bar on the bluff overlooking the river.

The house can sleep 12-14 people. To accomodate larger parties additional rooms can be booked in B & B's nearby or in Kerrville hotels just 15 minutes away. We provide a full gourmet breakfast, homemade desserts, swimming pool, bike trail maps, secured parking for bikes and motorcycles.
